OUR DONORS AND PARTNERS

The Université de Montréal Marguerite d’Youville Research Chair on Humanistic Nursing Interventions was created through the generous contributions of five religious orders. They wanted to continue the work of Marguerite d'Youville and bring her humanistic spirit to the care provided to the population.

At the initiative of the Sisters of Charity of Montreal, also known as the “Grey Nuns,” the Sœurs de la Charité de Saint-Hyacinthe et Québec, the Sisters of Saint-Joseph of Saint-Hyacinthe, and the Religious Hospitallers of Saint-Joseph combined forces to support the creation of this research chair in nursing at Université de Montréal. We would like to extend our very sincere appreciation for their major philanthropic contribution.

The Marguerite-d'Youville Chair also counts on the invaluable assistance provided by several partners, including the Faculty of Nursing at Université de Montréal, the Research Centre of the Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CRCHUM) and its associated hospital, the Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM).

We would like to exten our warmest thanks to oour donors and partners!
