Any personal information provided voluntarily to register for the newsletter or for an activity offered by the Chair will be used solely for the purposes of the request. When registering online on the Chair's website, only the information required for online payment and the credit card number are sent to the external supplier responsible for processing online transactions. No credit card number provided as part of an online transaction through the Chair's site will be retained.
